Return Policy

We accept returns for reasons other than product defects within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please call or email support@oltlfdxl.shop to request a return authorization.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and repackaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend that all returns be insured and use a tracked shipping method, as refunds will not be issued for items damaged or lost during the return process.
