We guarantee every item that leaves our warehouse to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. Therefore, we will happily repair or replace any product that fails to satisfy the end user due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Our products are designed to withstand the typical use associated with outdoor and leisure applications. To prevent premature aging, we recommend storing hammocks and furniture indoors when not in use. We cannot guarantee against natural weathering, normal wear and tear, or failures caused by improper use. Because our products may be subjected to unusually harsh and unpredictable conditions in use by institutional, government, and military customers, this warranty applies only to products sold to consumers.
